M.L. Schmitt Launches New Website

M.L. Schmitt has been in the business of electrical contracting work in New England for nearly a century, but their website wasn’t doing a great job of highlighting who they are and their extensive experience in the field. Even their existing clients weren’t familiar with all of the services that they offered.
Their new site, which went live at the end of August, was built around the client’s specific objectives and focused specifically on who they are and the services that they offer to clients. We structured content around this, creating new content types like Services, Did You Know, Staff and Projects.
Collaboration is key on any project that we work on and we worked closely with the M.L. Schmitt team throughout the process. We also collaborated with top notch videographers and photographers and videos and imagery are a key aspect of the new site.
We used Tunnel 7's configuration of ExpressionEngine which allows the client to easily add and update content going forward. The ExpressionEngine system is much easier to use than their old WordPress site.
We're continuing with ongoing work with the client. Our goal is to empower them to make smarter decisions with their online presence and the new website goes a long way toward putting them in the best light possible.
